The Story
The apartment is located on the first floor of a renovated building dating back to the Italian period, on a beautiful pine-lined street with views of the sea and the city of Rhodes.
The interior features spacious rooms with high ceilings, plenty of natural light, and original Italian floors that add character and charm. The apartment is 100 sq.m. and includes three bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests.
Its location allows you to enjoy a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood while being just a short walk from the city center and the Medieval Town of Rhodes, which can be reached in about 9 minutes. Several beautiful beaches are also within walking distance, with the nearest one only 7 minutes away.
Balcony
The front balcony is located at the front of the house and overlooks the pine-lined road leading to the Acropolis of Rhodes.
It is the perfect place to enjoy your coffee while taking in views from above of the city of Rhodes and the sea, offering a relaxed and elegant atmosphere.
Bedroom I
The master bedroom offers a beautiful view of the sea and the pine-lined street, creating a calm and refreshing atmosphere connected to nature.
It features a 150 cm wide double bed with a high-quality anatomic mattress, combining a pocket spring system, memory foam and hypoallergenic fabric ensuring a restful and relaxing sleep.
Bedroom II
The second bedroom overlooks the neighboring building with its distinctive Italian-era architecture, along with the impressive large “Plumeria Ρubra” tree, adding a unique and charming character to the space.
The second bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm wide double bed and a premium anatomic mattress with a pocket spring system, memory foam and hypoallergenic materials for maximum comfort.
Bedroom III
The third bedroom enjoys a pleasant view of a palm tree. It is seamlessly connected to the living room through an elegant sliding glass door, allowing natural light to flow through the space and enhancing the sense of openness and refined living.

The space features a large flat-screen TV with Google Chromecast, allowing effortless streaming of movies, series and content directly from your mobile device, offering a refined and enjoyable in-home entertainment experience.
The Veranda
Stepping out from the living room, the spacious rear terrace offers a serene and inviting setting for dining or enjoying a beverage. Complete with a table, chairs, and an umbrella, the terrace ensures maximum comfort while you enjoy the sun.
From here, you can admire the elegant Italian-style houses of the neighborhood alongside the magnificent Araucaria excelsa tree. All buildings are standing at a comfortable distance, creating an open and airy view.
In the evening, romantic lights add a magical ambiance, making it an ideal spot for relaxing or dining.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, electric oven, fridge, and dishwasher, ensuring a seamless cooking experience. Next to the window, a bench with two stools and a table, provide a cozy spot to enjoy your meals.
For your convenience, the fridge is stocked with select items for your first breakfast, such as butter, marmalade, eggs, cheese, and fresh juice.
